■About Visitor Pre-registration

This exhibition is strictly by pre-registration only.
All visitors are required to register their information in advance in order to attend.
Please see below for the benefits of pre-registering.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

General Visitors

This exhibition is a business-oriented trade show.
Admission is free for visitors attending for the purpose of business meetings, purchasing, or participating in events and seminars, provided they complete pre-registration.
General visitors who are not attending for business purposes will be required to pay an admission fee of ¥2,000 per person.
Payment can be made at the Exhibition Management Office reception desk on the day of the event.

Invitation Ticket Holders

Even if you have an invitation, pre-registration on this page is required.

  • Each visitor is required to complete a separate pre-registration.
  • If you are attending with multiple people, a representative may register on behalf of the group.
    Please proceed to the pre-registration page to complete the group registration.

  • A registration confirmation email will be sent to you.
    If you are using spam filters (such as those on mobile email accounts), please make sure to adjust your settings in advance to allow emails from the following address.

■From Pre-Registration to Admission

  • STEP 01

    Please click [Pre-Registration]to proceed to the registration page.
    After agreeing to the terms of use, you will be directed to the visitor information entry screen.

  • STEP 02

    Please fill in the required fields in the visitor information registration form and click the [Review Input] button.
    After confirming that all information is correct, click the [Submit] button to complete your registration.

  • STEP 03

    Please review the information regarding companion registration.
    If you do not need to register any companions, click the [No Companion Registration]button.
    If you wish to register companions, enter the required information for each person, then click the [Review Input] button.
    After confirming the details, click the [Submit Registration]button.
    *You may also register additional companions later from your My Page, even after completing your initial visitor registration.

    A confirmation email titled “Visitor Information Registration Complete” will be sent to you from the Exhibition Secretariat.

  • STEP 04

    On the day of your visit, please print your Visitor Badge, which will be displayed on the home screen of your My Page, in A4 size and full color, and bring it with you to the venue.
    Insert the printed badge into the badge holder provided at the venue to gain entry.
    If you do not have access to a printer, please save the QR code for badge pickup (available on your My Page) on your smartphone or tablet, and present it at the Badge Printing Counter at the venue.

  • STEP 05

    If you have already completed your visitor registration, you can access your My Page by clicking the [Login] button or by using the URL provided in the “Registration Complete” confirmation email.
    On your My Page, you can review and update the information you submitted during registration.

■Important Information for Visitors

  • The distribution of flyers, solicitation, or any sales activities directed at exhibitors or visitors inside the venue is strictly prohibited.
    Anyone found engaging in such activities will be asked to leave immediately and will be barred from participating in any future events.
  • Please refrain from any behavior that interferes with exhibitors’ business activities or causes inconvenience to other visitors.
    Additionally, pets are not allowed inside the venue.
  • Please be aware that there are many steps and level changes throughout the venue due to the exhibition layout.
    The organizer cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused by falls or similar accidents.
  • The organizer assumes no responsibility for any issues or disputes arising from purchases made within the venue.
  • Please take full responsibility for your valuables. The organizer assumes no liability for theft, loss, or other incidents occurring within the venue.
  • Please follow any instructions given by staff or security personnel within the venue.
  • The organizer and management office may use the personal information collected during visitor registration for this exhibition to send you information about events, seminars, membership recruitment, and other announcements conducted by the organizer.
    Please be advised that you may receive emails or direct mail accordingly.
  • Please be advised that official photography and videography will take place within the exhibition venue.
    Images and videos obtained through these official recordings may be used by the organizer for promotional and publicity purposes.

■Recording Notice by the Organizer

The exhibition organizer and management office will carry out interviews and photography inside the venue.
Any information obtained and images recorded may be utilized by TSO International Inc. for marketing and promotional purposes for both domestic and international exhibitions organized by the company.
